TOUR PRICE: Prices are per-person, based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. Single rooms are subject to availability at the additional cost noted on the registration form. The tour price is in US dollars and subject to change with currency fluctuations, increase in oil or gas, and any increase in taxes imposed by the government. RESERVATIONS: A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of registration and constitutes agreement with the terms and conditions of the tour. Full payment is required for registrations received inside 60 days from the tour departure date. Final payments are due 60 days prior to the tour departure date. Reservations that are not paid-in-full by the sixty-day deadline will be subject to cancellation, and the Tour Operator is not to be held responsible. CREDIT CARDS: We accept major credit cards for payment. Any amount over the $500 deposit will be assessed an additional 3% processing charge. Breakfast and dinner daily, entrance fees to all sites noted on the itinerary, all transfers with the group, and all tips to hotel staff, guides and drivers. If you purchase a “land only” tour, you will be responsible for your own transfers between airport and hotel. NOT INCLUDED: Lunches ($8-$15 daily), food and beverages not on the regular hotel menu, items of a personal nature such as laundry, phone calls, room service, Passport fees, cancellation insurance (which we strongly recommend), excess baggage charges and any other items not stated as included. PASSPORT:A passport valid for 6 months after the tour return date is required for travel. No visas are necessary for US citizens in Israel. For non-U.S. citizens, please contact the Israeli Consulate for passport or visa information. It is the personal responsibility of each passenger to fully comply with all immigration and documentation requirements. AIR TRANSPORTATION: International flight in economy class by regularly scheduled carriers based on special group airfares and restrictions. Tickets must be issued 30 days prior to departure and cannot be changed once issued. TAXES & FUEL: Taxes and fuel surcharges (due to the fluctuation in oil prices) may change without notice and will be billed to the passenger. LUGGAGE: It is highly recommended to travel with only one checked bag per person and one carry-on bag. Luggage requirements will be noted in your “Packing and Traveling Tips” document. If a passenger does not have a roommate and Ideal Travel and Tours cannot provide one, or your roommate cancels before departure, you will be required to pay the single supplement charge. SIGHTSEEING: Per itinerary on deluxe, air-conditioned motor coach (size dictated by the size of the group) with an English speaking, government licensed guide. The Tour Host reserves the right to alter the itinerary depending on conditions in the country at the time. GROUP SYNERGY: Ideal Travel and Tours, LLC reserves the right to accept, reject or dismiss any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group. In such cases, all expenses will become the passenger’s responsibility. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: Please check with your health insurance to confirm that you are covered outside the US. The tour is moderately strenuous, so you should be able to climb up and down the steps of the bus several times each day, as well as, keep a moderate walking pace when visiting the sites. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: If a passenger cancels his or her tour for any reason, there will be a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50) to cover administrative costs. For cancellations from 90-60 days, 25% of the tour cost. For cancellations received inside 60 days of departure, 50% of the tour cost. No Refunds for cancellations within 14 days of departure. Ideal Travel and Tours must receive all cancellations in writing. OTHER CONDITIONS: Ideal Travel and Tours (Tour Operator) acts only as agent in the matters of tour operations and transportation. The Tour Operator is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay in transportation, providing hotel accommodations or other tour services beyond the Tour Operators control. The scheduled airline is not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time a passenger is not on board their plane. The Tour Operator and Tour Host will not be responsible for flight schedule changes, mechanical problems, weather delays, government warnings, acts of God, acts of war, or other circumstances beyond the Tour Operator and Tour Hosts’ control. |
